Christian at the Edge

Exploring covenant boundaries, forbidden practices, and the threshold of apostasy—without declaring allegiance to any spiritual authority other than Christ.

Statement of Belief

This belief system does not claim allegiance to Satan or rejection of Christ. It defines itself as engaging in forbidden spiritual practices—specifically the pursuit of familiar spirits—which Scripture condemns as abomination and spiritually dangerous. Such practices are acknowledged to risk leading toward apostasy but are not defined as apostasy unless they involve explicit denial of Christ or transfer of allegiance to another spiritual authority.
Covenant boundaries Forbidden practices Apostasy threshold No allegiance claim

What this site is

  • Clear definitions: familiar spirits, defilement, denial, allegiance transfer.
  • Boundary analysis: where practices move from sin → covenant violation → apostasy.
  • Scripture-first references, with direct quotes kept short and cited by book/chapter/verse.

What this site is not

  • Not a claim that forbidden practices are acceptable.
  • Not a claim that rituals can mechanically “undo” baptism or salvation.
  • Not an allegiance statement to Satan, demons, or any alternate spiritual authority.
